Grosvenor’s Health and Wellness Retreat is a place dedicated to promoting holistic health and wellbeing. The retreat features a well-
equipped gym with both cardio and resistance training equipment,
as well as an indoor swimming pool for relaxation. The retreat
provides guests with the tools and resources they need to achieve
their health and wellness goals.

General rules
For safety reasons and to help ensure all residents can enjoy the Health and Wellbeing Retreat, please abide by the following rules in the Health and Wellbeing Retreat:
1 Smoking is not permitted
2 Alcohol is not permitted
3 Glass is not permitted
4 Pets are ot permitted
5 Anyone using the Health and Wellbeing Retreat does so at their own risk.
The Owners Corporation accepts no liability fot injury, death or any loss associated with the use of the Health and Welbeing Retreat
6 Residents must register online at havenonline.com.au prior to acess
7 Residents may only bring two guests into the Health and Wellbeing Retreat at any one time
8 Anyine under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
9 Lockers are for personal use only and residents or guests use eah locker at their own risk
10 Users must carry a towel at all times and dry off before leaving the retreat
11 Amplified music is not permitted without Owners Coporation consent
12 If an instructor is taking a class in any area of the Health and Wellbeing Retreat, that area is not to be used by residents and their guests during those times
13 Users must obey the rules specific to each Heakth and Wellbeing Retreat facility
Failure to abide by these rules could result in your security access to the Health and Wellbeing Retreat being cancelled by building management.
Pool & Spa rules
For safety reasons and to help ensure all residents can enjoy the communal pool and spa, please abide by the following rules in the pool and spa area:
1. Smoking is not permitted
2. Alcohol is not permitted
3. Glass is not permitted
4. Pets are not permitted
5. No diving or jumping into the pool or spa
6. For hygiene purposes all pool and spa users must shower prior to use
7. Wear suitable attire at all times
8. Anyone under the age of16 must be accompanied by an adult
9. Do not use soaps or any additives in the pool or spa
10. No running in the pool and spa area
11. Please dry off before leaving the pool and spa area
12. Do not prees E-STOP button unless in the event of an emergency

Gym Rules
For safety reasons and to help ensure all residents can enjoy the communal gym, please abide by the following rules in the gym area:
1. All guests must be professionally inducted by the personal trainer prior to using the gym for the first time
2. Wear appropriate footwear and clothing at all times in the gym
3. Do not run, jump, spit or play any ball game in the gym
4. Wipe down all equipment after use
5. Use the equipment efficiently and where possible, work-in your exercises with others wanting to use the equipment
6.Be careful whrn using free weights and avoid dropping weights on acoustic floor
7. Failure to abide by these rules could result in your security access to the Sanctuary and Health & Wellbeing Retreat gyms being cancelled by building managerment.
